I signed up to bring treats for Jacob's "fall" party at school...and then found this fun idea in a magazine I was looking through at the check out at WalMart. So, last night I found myself making 4 dozen skeleton cookies. I love how they turned out!!

Those are really cute! We could never do that in TX, because 1) they are skeletons... I'm sure that means we worship Satan or something like that, and 2) they are homemade. Nothing homemade. Texas schools rock! Don't forget Martha's Boonilla shakes this year!!
oh my gosh...those are awesome. i will have to check if skeletons are ok for carsyn's halloween party...i signed up for cookies but can't find anything cute. my gingerbread recipe is my favorite part of christmas!!!
I just used the chocolate sugar cookie recipe I have. I figured most kids wouldn't like gingerbread cookies. I'm sure someone will complain about the skeleton cookies (there's always ONE parent)...but I showed one to his teacher today and she loved them.
I just remembered the Boonilla shakes the other day. I need to find my recipe and make them this weekend.
I have the recipe written down, so let me know if you need it! Othewise, search her website. It may still be there.
