Camping
This past weekend we went camping in Indiana with the Chiles'. As we were getting the camper parked and starting to set up, I had flashbacks from 20+ years ago and our camping experiences. We spent a lot of time just relaxing around our campsite. The kids loved hopping on their bikes and going to explore the campground. We also squeezed in campfires, a wagon ride, lots of walks, fishing, swimming, a family kick ball game, and lots of eating. The weather was great - except for rain on Saturday. It was just enough rain to make everything soggy and muddy - including the boys' sleeping bags and pillows in the tent. Somehow we managed to cram 9 people into the camper for Saturday night!

Looks like a lot of fun. Jenna and the boys! She'll have a lot of protectors in a few years. Do you remember camping in Grandma and Grandpa's camper? I distinctly remember going camping with you 5, G'ma and G'pa, Sudsy and me over the 4th in 1976. Of course, part of that memory is Jill having night terrors and screaming, but she wouldn't wake up! You probably slept through it.
Would love copies of these pics if you don't mind. We had a great time and hope we can do it again next year! Deb
