Hold on to your treat bags!!!!

Saturday afternoon was trick or treat... and the weather was not so cooperative! It was cold (mid 40s) and very windy (there were even a wind advisory)...which made it even more cold. Trick or treaters were bundled up in coats, hats, and gloves on top of their costumes. Poor Jenna had to hold on to her witch hat the entire time so she didn't lose it. But, they still managed to collect quite a bit of candy and have a lot of fun! We just went around our neighborhood with the Chiles' boys - Cade, Gage, and Dane. We have trick or treated with them since Jacob was 2 and Cade was 1! TRICK OR TREAT!!

That's Dane...he was also supposed to be a football player. But on Saturday morning he decided he was NOT going to be a football player, he wanted to be a ghost instead. So, Deb scrambled and got the ghost costume around. It was so windy that it kept blowing off! He was hysterical!

They all look great, but the ghost is by far my favorite! We have been trying to talk our clients' into doing that, and it's fun to actually see someone finally wear it!
What a cute bunch of costumes. I love the witchy tu-tu.

I am so happy to see a ghost and a witch! My aide and I were just talking about how you never see the classics anymore... clown, ghost, witch, etc. So that makes me smile! I'm sure our weather will be much warmer! Luke tells everyone he's going to be a train, like Sir Topham Hat. Ok, so he's not explaining the whole "engineer" thing so well!

I have the gypsy outfit,Indian maid, mouse (an original Barb and Nan outfit, tweety, Miss Piggy ears, boa, and gloves, and just got Raggedy Ann back from the Lehmans. I think Amy has the Chinese outfit. Also have mother/daughter Hawaiian looking long dresses. These are all in the dress up box here waiting for children. Amy the costumes are great. At least you didn't have rain/sleet like we had Saturday. Mom
