Maybe it was a sign....

Unbelievable....another day at home. Day #7...this time for thick fog. I have a feeling we're going to be in school until July 4th at this rate!! Chris and I missed the first day of school - the teacher inservice day - due to major flooding in our basement. I think maybe that was a sign of things to come!!

The good news....now I have yet another day to try to catch up on things around here, get groceries, finish laundry, etc. I also was feeling dizzy this morning, so a day at home to rest is probably good for me. The bad news....I have all day to sit around and think about my MRI tonite (see post below).

Hi AMI! I am praying for you today. I had an MRI a few years ago (also at night!)and I also had a doctor who prayed for me then!! Go for the anxiety meds. Maybe bring an ipod to listen to while you're lying there. (they had headphones at the hospital when I went). Believe me, I can completely relate to not feeling well, and not being sure why. You're doing the right thing by checking it out. I've found recently that my diet has a lot to do with how I feel (too much starch and sugary carbohydrates and not enough meat and vegetables). Anyway- hang in there! I know it's so hard to just not feel well, and never knowing how you'll feel tomorrow. I am praying for you! -LISA

Hey Amy! I will definitely pray for you for the procedure and that they'll figure out what's going on so you can get back to feeling better!
Also, I love this verse: Isaiah 43:1-3. It talks about how you are God's creation and He has ransomed you and you are His and how He'll be with you when you go through deep waters or fire. So, if He promises to be there through deep waters and fire, He will surely be there with you through MRIs too!! =)
Love you!

Hi! By the time you read this, you've probably already had the MRI. I hope it's not too foggy to go! I'm sorry to hear you're still not feeling well, but I'm glad you're being proactive. Hang on to that dr.! We'll certainly be praying for you.

I usually check the bloggs daily even if I don't comment, but I've missed a few entries and just read the ones about your MRI. It is probably over by now, but it's never too late to add some prayers... and I have! I hope you were able to relax and that your doctors will find some "easy answers" to get you feeling better soon:) Aunt Barb

Amy,
You are certainly in our prayers!! I`m such a worrier, so know how you`re thinking! Hope all goes well. Please keep us posted. I had a cat scan and EKG last fall. I was fortunate----the Dr. said there was nothing there!!!!! I`m certain Chris and Jim agree with that!!!! Kidding aside, love you!
